Yes. The Bronze Sponsorship Package offers participation and promotion without exhibition space. Benefits include website visibility, a quarter-page advertisement in the final programme book and the screening of a sponsor-provided promotional video on venue information screens.
The package also provides access to additional visibility-boosting options. It does not include a booth or complimentary registrations.

The offer for exhibitors includes a 10% discount for payments made by 30 September 2026. This reduction lowers the cost of the selected package, allowing a larger portion of the budget to be allocated to stand customization or additional promotional activities.
This condition applies to the actual payment, not merely the submission of the booking request. Please take into account the time required to verify the availability of the chosen option and for the Organising Secretariat to confirm payment instructions.

Yes. Progressive discounts apply when the same sponsor selects multiple eligible exclusive options: 5% for two options, 10% for three options, and 20% for four or more options. These discounts provide an opportunity to broaden your congress presence through a combination of activities.
Please request confirmation of the discounts applicable to the proposed combination. Discounts can only be applied after verifying the availability of the selected options.

Yes. Special requirements and customised set-ups may be discussed with the Exhibition Managers and will be quoted separately. Your chosen package includes its stated booth infrastructure and standard signage; bespoke booth customisation and graphic production are not included.
Sponsors and exhibitors must arrange these elements independently. Alternatively, the organisers can provide a separate quotation for the supply and production of graphics on request. Please contact exhibition@internoise2027.org to discuss your requirements.

Yes. Specific options regarding events and visibility are available for exhibitors. These opportunities allow technical exhibition participants to gain targeted visibility without necessarily having to opt for a larger exhibition package.
Subject to availability, options include sponsorship of the Young Professional event, the Women in Noise Control Engineering lunch break and the Congress Gala Dinner. Exhibitors may also support student competition or poster presentation awards, or contribute to the professional childcare service and family area. Activation of the childcare service depends on sufficient applications.

YYes. Outdoor space for technical demonstrations and additional displays is listed as an optional, full-day opportunity for Diamond, Platinum and Gold sponsors.
The space is subject to availability and is quoted according to the sponsor’s requirements. The sponsor is responsible for setting up the demonstration or display. These arrangements offer scope for activities beyond the standard indoor booth format.
