Late registration fees will be announced.
All fees are in Euro (€) and include VAT. Credit card processing fees are not included and will be added at the time of payment.
For payments by bank transfer, all bank charges, transfer costs and currency conversion fees are borne by the payer.
Admission to the Congress and social functions may be refused if payment has not been received.
Details of what is included in each registration category (Regular and Student*), as well as fees for accompanying persons, social functions and late registration, will be published when registration opens on 1 December 2026.
*) Student Registration Students must be currently enrolled in an educational institution (undergraduate or graduate level). Students must provide valid proof of student status (e.g., student ID card, enrolment verification, or a letter from the institution).

GROUP REGISTRATION AND ALTERNATE PAYMENT
If you would like to purchase multiple registrations as a group or request an invoice / alternate payment method, please contact the Congress Organiser, Renbel Group, at events@renbelgroup.it.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registrants who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to another person from the same organisation, or request a refund under the conditions below. All transfer and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to the Congress Organiser, Renbel Group, at events@renbelgroup.it.

Visa refusal
Participants whose visa application is refused will be refunded the registration fees paid, less a €70 administration fee, provided that:
- written notification is sent to events@renbelgroup.it by 23 July 2027;
- the official visa refusal issued by the Embassy or Consulate is attached.
Cancellations for visa refusal received after 23 July 2027 are not eligible for a refund.
Refund method
- Payments made by credit or debit card will be refunded to the same card.
- Other payments will be refunded by bank transfer to the original payer.
- All bank charges for international transfers are borne by the recipient.
Refunds from any deposits forwarded to hotels, tour companies or other related businesses will be at the discretion of the supplier. Each hotel will have different terms and conditions, check before booking.
